Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond butter can substitute for peanut butter or alternative
- 2 cups of pumpkin
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder more = richer taste
- 2 scoops protein powder (Isopure)
- 1 cup chocolate chips of choice Optional
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened pancake syrup
- Preheat the oven the 350 degrees, grease a square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a blender, food processor or large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, cocoa powder, protein powder, and almond butter and blend/mix until smooth. Add chocolate chips if using them.
- Pour the mixture into the greased pan and bake for around 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Once ready, take it out of the oven and drizzle our delicious dulce de leche spread.
